The Giovannini farm was founded in the 1960s and has now reached the 3rd generation of winemakers with Jacopo Giovannini. Located in the Santerno Valley, on the Colli Imolesi in the province of Bologna, the company owns 15 hectares of vineyards, cultivated only with local grapes such as Albana, Sangiovese and Trebbiano. Since 2014 the company has been converted to organic wines, eliminating any chemical product from the wine production, working in the vineyard only with natural processes and products in full respect for the wildlife.
